Young Indian children learn about dental hygiene from high school students volunteering on a Medicine project

A Dentistry placement in Jaipur, India with Projects Abroad is an excellent opportunity to observe the dental profession first hand by interning in one of the best dental clinics in Jaipur. You will be able to observe a wide range of dental care and treatments. The supervising dentists are very willing to teach you about their work and to test your knowledge. Be sure to be proactive, ask questions, and take notes to make the most of your time abroad.

The group will have the chance to witness all aspects of working in both dental hospitals as well as smaller clinics. You will visit a variety of different departments to allow you to observe procedures and learn as much as you can in two weeks.

During your time in India, you will stay in a hotel with other members of the group and Projects Abroad staff.

On the weekend you will get to experience more of the Indian culture by visiting some of the most interesting spots in Northern India such as the majestic palaces and the captivating pink city of Jaipur. There will also be time for other leisure activities and souvenir shopping during the weekends and evenings.
